The Tineco A11 Hero comes with four cleaning attachments - the main floor brush, mini power brush, crevice tool, and dusting brush. The main floor brush is great for carpets because it can efficiently pick up the deeply embedded dirt as well as the crumbs on the surface. The mini power brush is for cleaning crumbs, hair, and other dirt particles on the sofa, bed, car seats, and other soft surfaces. It is very useful for those who have pets that shed heavily because the mini power brush can efficiently pick up clumps of pet hair.

The crevice tool is great for cleaning dirt on the edges and corners of your room that the main floor brush failed to reach. This cleaning attachment has a long and narrow nozzle that allows it to clean in hard-to-reach areas. Lastly, the dusting brush is great for cleaning crumbs off the table. If you need more cleaning attachments, such as the soft roller brush for hard floors, you might want to check the Tineco A11 Master that comes with three additional cleaning attachments for a higher price.
You can store the cleaning attachments and the main cordless vacuum on the storage base that also serves as a charging base. It can charge two batteries and store the main unit, dusting brush, and crevice tool. However, there is not enough space for the mini power brush and the extra filter, so they will be needed to be stored elsewhere.

The Tineco A11 Hero comes with two detachable batteries that can each last for 30 minutes on normal mode. This is very convenient because you can replace the battery when it gets drained and continue cleaning.

To start vacuuming, you have to press the trigger switch and hold it down while cleaning. However, if you find this uncomfortable, you can enable the lock button feature to prevent your hand from cramping. Other cordless vacuums, like the Dyson V8 Absolute, don’t have the lock feature and require you to continuously hold down the trigger switch.

The Tineco A11 Hero has LED headlights on the main floor nozzle. They are helpful when cleaning under the sofa, on the stairs, and in other dark areas.
